I have Jira Service desk customers loaded adn can select their name as Reporters but they don't get the updates to the tickets. Their email shows up as "private email" when I look at the Customers list. Do they need to register through the portal first?
check the customer notifications under project settings to ensure it is enabled for the specific event.
Hey Jack, thanks for the reply. all customer notifications are enabled, we have no custom events. Even commenting and manually adding the at Sign and customers email in the comment does not deliver.
