I know the setting to setup contact administration option, however not sure where this form displays to test it out.
Need help to understand where the option to contact admin displays in JIRA Service desk 3.4.0
I do not believe that this form will present itself anywhere within the customer portal login or subsequent pages that users in the customer role would see in Jira Service Desk instance.
This particular form is not specific to Service Desk, but rather Jira Core. From what I have found about this, this form can be reached by a link on the initial login page for your other Jira Core/Jira Software/Jira Service Desk Agents login page.
It is also possible that your Jira instance might display a link to this should a user encounter a severe stacktrace error within the use of Jira, but this is not something easily reproduced in most cases.
