What things are included in Downloaded Jira

Do we need to pay yearly for download ? What will happen after support is completed for a year and we do not opt to continue.

Can someone clarify this?

Your first year's licence lets you install and use the software forever - if you don't renew, Jira will continue to work fine, no restrictions, just a couple of warnings on the administration screens.

But, if you let the licence lapse, you will not be supported, and you will not be able to upgrade to any version that is released after the end of your licence period.
