We have moved from Manage Engine to Salesforce Service Cloud, but now in the process to move to JIRA. We are a Not-for-Profit organisation, so trying to most by spending the least. Can I please get some suggestions on what's a better way to set-up Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Jira Software. Appreciate all your help, thank you.
We are not going to migrate any outstanding cases. Want to use Jira for Problem, Incident and Change management.
Also for bigger projects, use Jira Software and Confluence for Knowledgebase and team (IT) documentation.

There is a community group specifically for the nonprofit sector here and lots of general information in the Welcome Center.
Start with simple workflows and configurations and get used to the tools. Otherwise it is easy to fall into the trap of trying to make your new tools work like your old tools rather than letting the tools support your business process.
