What permissions do I need to modify core Service desk settings?

Jamie Dunbar May 18, 2015

We have a demo version of JSD installed. I have the following permissions but cannot see the "settings" tab as shown here

Hi Jamie,

You need to add yourself to the Service Desk Team Project Role:

Best regards,

Peter

Thank you for the reply but this hasn't worked. I created the service desk and according to this...

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/Users,+groups+and+project+roles

By default, the user who creates a service desk project is in the Service Desk Teamand Administrators role.

Which didn't happen. I am now in the group

But still in the same project do not have the settings tab.

Just a quick question: can you see the other tabs (Queues, People, Reports and SLA's) without a problem?
