What is the typical time it takes for a customer email to create a ticket?

When a client emails Service Desk, How long should it take before I see the new Open Request in Service Desk?

Should be very quick.  There no built-in delays, so should up in minutes or seconds.


Thank you, we are not having those results.  It is taking an hour between customer sending email and Ticket appearing in service desk.

Any Suggestions on what we may have configured incorrectly?
