I am using JIRA service desk 3.4 server. I would like to know how JIRA Issues are mapped to service desk requests created?
I see JIRAISSUE table to get the list of issues but not clear on how it is linked to the request names.
I am also confused regarding the same thing but i fount request types in AO_54307E_VIEWPORTFORM table. But i am figuring out the way to mapp it corrrectly to jiraissue table.. which is difficult.. If you come to know the answer then please let me know.
