What is the best way to display announcement for customers on login page?

Hi 

I am trying to user Service desk server 3.3 . I would like to put a message for customers on how to get access to portal before trying to login to the service desk page.

What is the best way to do that?

I checked Announcement Banner which is part of JIRA 7.3 works only if customer uses base url <https:// host/> instead of <https:// host/servicesdesk/portals>.

I would like the information to be displayed on both places

Hi Rashmi,

There is a current Suggestion for this that you can find at JSDSERVER-330. I would recommend voting on this issue so you can be notififed of any updates/workarounds as they become available.
