Welcome notification for customers added by agents

IS a welcome notification sent to new customers who are manually added by an agent from the customers panel?  I know one is sent when a customer emails that service desk, but is one sent when an agent adds a customer?

Hi Todd,

When the agents adds the customer to the project, he can choose whether or not to send the invitation email to the customer. For this reason, this will depend on the agent, if a notification is send or not.
