We have multiple customers that need to be confidential. As noted in a reply, that Service Desk is required for each customer to keep confidential. Is there an additional cost for each service desk?

Currently we are using JIRA Agile. We need a service desk with customer portals which when logged in, the customer is only able to view their tickets. All of our large customers require the same setup. Noticed in feedback that a service desk is required for each customer. Is there additional cost?

No cost.

Customer organizations and contacts at those organizations are both free.
