View all tickets and agent worked on in service desk

is there a way to view all tickets an agent has worked on (not just the one that are currently assigned to them)?  For example if Agent A worked on a tickett but could not resolve it and they assign it to someone else - how do I see ALL tickets that agent A worked on?

Hi Daniel,

You can find tickets that are currently and used to be assigned to an agent with a jql query such as:

assignee was "agent_name"

I'm glad you were able to use was in.  That's definitely odd you weren't able to use assignee directly.  Do me a favor and take a look at JRASERVER-28091 and see if that matches your scenario when trying to search using assignee was and if so please vote on the issue to add impact.
