We're currently using Zoho Desk for our customer support and want to make a switch to Jira Service Desk Cloud.
The only thing that's stopping us is we have not been able to setup our domain to send emails.
It seems we need to setup a subdomain if we already have Sendgrid setup with our domain, which we do, as per this post.
We have been using our primary email to communicate with our customers and want to maintain this single point of contact.
We can add a Reply-To header (if Jira allows us to) to our primary email even if we setup a subdomain, but we would like to avoid this altogether.
So, is there any workaround for this? Maybe, change the default Jira email provider?
