One solution would be that you could link all the request types to your business e-mail, so the atlassian.net default mail box would not be in use since there is only one request type linked to this mail box. Put is aside, so to speak.
Or you could set up a new request type as suggestions or feedback, and only check this atlassian.net e-mail for a specific feedback collector or something else.
