From 20 December 2019 the customer "marina.martellato@repower.com" has not received notifications for the "REPSD" project for ticket opening "https://nexusat.atlassian.net/browse/REPSD-2007"
Today 10 01 January the customer "gabriela.molla@repower.com" for the "REPSD" project has not received the ticket opening notification "https://nexusat.atlassian.net/projects/REPSD/queues/custom/7/ REPSD-2024 ".

What's the role of Marina and Gabriella? Are they raise request in Jira ServiceDesk Portal? Should tickets assigned to them or what?
Why did you expect these people to get the notification?

Marina and Gabriella are customers who have opened tickets
They don't receive my ticket notifications

First You should Configure outgoing email for JIRA to use this functionality.
Then go here:
<server-address>/servicedesk/admin/<projectkey>/customer-notifications
and You see all settings for customer notification, and this is the Atlassian manual for it.
