I have a user who can not view any of the ticket on service desk. he is added to an organization. this organization has other users and are able to view tickets. but this user is the only having issue with this issue
2 options to solve this issue.
1. User must have the JIRA service desk license to work on issues and also get added to the Service Desk Team Role. If you don't want user to work but view tickets, 2nd option will be best.
2. Add user to the Service Desk Team role even if they don't have a license. User can only see issues that they’re involved.
User will however not be able to comment on the ticket directly the customers, vote on the ticket, transition tickets ....etc
