Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "[ALERT]

Hi guys,

Please help! Suddenly after weeks of perfectly working fine, this morning our supportdesk email doesnt forward the emails to the Jira Helpdesk as issues anymore?

We haven't changed a thing. Why is it giving this error now? We need this to be solved asap!

Hi Pavel,

I am currently on phone with your support colleague to help us solve it. We tried alot already and seems to be a rare problem.
