I have a list of portal customers that I get to by going to user management and clicking on JIRA Service Desk on the side bar. There are a lot of portal customers that have never logged in yet it says "Active" under the status column. What does "active" mean here? Why are they active if they never logged in? Thank you.
It just means that they are still Customers for one or more projects and can go to the portal and log in if they wish. Then can also create a ticket via email w/o logging in if you have email setup. unlike JSW users the invite for Customers doesn't timeout I believe.
