The customer portal in Service Desk keeps getting a "Forbidden (403) error while loading this page. Jira Service Desk is not Licensed". Service Desk is currently licensed and when I go to the logs I see this (this was after I did a restart of the server):

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: hostName should not be empty
Any ideas on how to fix the hostName problem?
