Unable to export users and download the file

Hi All,

Everytime I am trying to perform an export for all users and project related data, I am getting an error "We had trouble generating the user list".

I am following the link - Site Admin --> Users --> Export Users and then download file.

Please suggest how this error can be resolved. Error screenshot has been attached below.
