Unable to Register Work Time to Incident

Hi there.

It looks like the work time popup is not working a couple of days ago.

I can register work time if I switch to old view, though.

Also, the popup seems to work if a given incident already has any amount of time registered previously.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I see that this question is flagged as Jira Service Desk, so I would like to clarify what screen is this issue happening. Is it happening on the Queue view or on Screenshot 2019-03-21_11-34-51.png > Issues and filters > Search issues?

If it's not on a Service Desk project, please let us know if this issue happens on a board or other screen.

I would like to give you an update about the issue that you are facing that it's actually a bug:
- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71608
The workaround, for now, is to click on the "Show More" option and the pop-up will be loaded.
