Translation of priorities ist not working in Jira Servicedesk

We have tried two different ways for translation of priorities in Jira Servicedesk. None is working correct.
1. See MultiLangPriority1.png (Translation directly in Jira)
2. See MultiLangPriority2.png (with Addon "Translation for JIRA Service Desk")

The screen for issue creation in German is fine (see MultiLangPriority3.png).
But after creation it looks bad (see MultiLangPriority4.png).
