Translate request status in e-mail notifications

Hello,

I set up JIRA service desk in cloud in spanish language. I configured it to notificate with an e-mail when a comment to the customer is done. The client receive the e-mail correctly, but some parts of the e-mail are not translated. Is there a way to translate it us ?

 

I pointed out the parts no translated. Which I must to translated is the request status before open our service desk to clients.

Hi Marc

 

You must configure your JIRA service Desk.  

 

Get IT Help is a request type you must go to Request Type and you must change the request in spanish.

 

For translating request action needed you must go to Request Type and click in Edit Fields and you have a tab worflow status, here you can configure the status who the customers show in e-mail notification and in the customer portal.
