Transition buttons on mobile devices (mobile view)?

ist here a way to show the transition button for agents when the use a mobile device (mobile view)?

I'm afraid it won't be possible in Mobile View. Atlassian states in the documentation: 

What can you do in JIRA on a mobile device?

The JIRA mobile interface has been designed to give users quick access to their issues on the go. This includes;

• Viewing issues, comments, attachments, issue links and your favorite filters.
• Performing basic operations like adding comments, watching or voting on issues and assigning issues to users.

If you need to create or modify issues on the go, you can still do so by switching to the desktop interface via the mobile menu (shown in the screenshots above).

From your mobile device, you can also switch Jira Mobile View to Classic Desktop View and then run transition.

If you have a newer Jira (from version 8.4 and older), you can use it Jira Server mobile app (unfortunately it doesn't work for Jira Service Desk projects yet).

Unfortunately, I do not know Atlassian does not publish Road map of their products.
