Hi!
Is there a way for a all the email correspondence on tickets to include the original issue as well as the underlying comments? We don't give users access to the portal as it's not integrated with our environment in an SSO fashion.

Not OOTB. I use JETI addon for this purpose as I have one project that requires it.
