We use Jira Service Desk, and we need the client that generates the ticket to see its tracking from the portal. The ticket will move from one project to another, but the creator user only has access to a project from the portal, and should not see the others. Another way would be to hide all portals to the user and only have access to generate tickets to the corresponding. Can this be done?
