Time for Resolution SLA not appearing

Mukesh Bathija November 16, 2017

Hi all,

Facing a strange issue, if you see the attached screenshot, you will notice that for some request types the SLA for Time of first response is not getting captured or saved.

Please advise.Screen Shot 2017-11-16 at 3.35.25 PM.png

Dear Mukesh,

How have you configured your Time to first response SLA's? Seeing that it only seems to happen to a certain request type, it might be due to the configuration that you use. Can you give some elaboration about that?

There have been bugs reported in certain versions of JSD regarding to the problem you are facing. Which version of Jira Service Desk are you using?

Friendly Regards,

Jeremy Mooiman

Dear Jeremy,

Thanks for your reply. As pointed by you, its only for a request type or two, I haven't made any configuration as such.

Version for Jira Service Desk used by me I:

JIRA Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD-1000.2484.0
