Hi Henrijs,

If the recipient of the email is a licensed user to Jira and the Jira Notification Scheme is set up to send messages in that project AND they met the customer notification in JSD, Jira will send them two messages. I would start looking there first. Hope this helps!

@Florian Müller Initialy the issue was as Brian suggested and we fixed that.
