I have set up a forward in office 365 to our jira-on-demand servicedesk, and the messages sent to the alias in o365 shows up as rejected in the "Mail audit log" with the message "The message was rejected because it has delivery status".
This used to work, and another of my queues works just fine.
How can i get this issue resoved?
Hello Anton-
We are also affected by this issue. I had hoped to create a Contact record in Office 365 so that we could add the support@xxxxxxx.atlassian.net address to our Global Address List so that it could be easily available in the directory and, as appropriate, could be added to groups, etc.
This is shown in the Service Desk email log:
27/Aug/15 11:39 AM | REJECTED | The message was rejected because it has delivery status. | xxxxx@urbanelectricco.com | E2 access for Foundry | Delivery-status email filter |
I'd vote for your issue if I could!
