System won't send customized customer notification

Hi there,

I have a question regarding the customer notifications and can't find the answer.
I customized the content (text only) of the customer notifications. When I send myself a test email, I receive the customized notification. My customers receive the default text though. Am I missing something?

I hope you guys can help me out.

Hi Vincent,

 

Can you see if you have enabled other languages for your project? If your customers are receiving the default text, chances are the notifications in the language selection was not updated too.

For example, you have enabled English UK and English US. Your project default is English UK and your customer is logged in with English US. Your customer would receive the default text if the notifications for English US is not updated the same as English UK.
