Strip quotes failed to update

Hi All,

I'm not able to get the strip quotes functionality working.

It keeps on saying the following:

Error!
Strip quotes failed to update. Please try refreshing the page.

Any ideas?

Hey there!

Looks like you've encountered a known issue with Jira Service Desk 4.0.0, which we've documented on JSDSERVER-6243. The good news is that no functionality is actually broken, and this is just a visual bug on that page. We've fixed this in Jira Service Desk 4.0.2 - if you've got time for another upgrade in the future, this should go away. In the meantime, it is actually safe to ignore in Service Desk 4.0.0.
