Stop Project Rules from Executing in Project Automation Once A Rule is Met

Susan Sherrick September 24, 2020

I have several customers in multiple organizations that need to be configured as such.

I've created Automation Project Rules in ServiceDesk, but want them to stop executing after one of the rules is met.

After specified fields are populated based on the Automation Project Rules I have setup, I want to be able to stop the rules from flowing through the remaining rules.

How do I achieve this?

Hello Susan,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When using If-Else on automation, it should stop when a condition is met.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, can you please share with us your automation rule?

Then we can create the same on a test site to check what is happening and if there is a workaround for that.

Regards,
Angélica
