I have configured my JSD to an email channel.
Most of time email sent on this email channel are received.
But some times some email are not received as ticket in SD.
However I can see this email in my inbox but not in SD project.
What errors do you see in the logs if any and when the emails are not coming in do you see them in System Administration > System > Mail Queue under the Mail heading on the left?
I would start by reviewing the logs and if you need to increase logging set the property
-Dmail.debug=true. Refer to Setting Properties and Options on Startup for more information on adding this to the startup options if you have not done this before.
Once that is complete, create some tests and once you see one of the emails fail you'll want to review the logs for any errors. Use the log messages in conjunction with Troubleshooting JIRA Service Desk Incoming Mail and let us know if you need further assistance.
Note: Please be sure to remove the debug logging flag after you're done testing so you don't take up space on the HD.
