Some issues with Jira Service Desk

Dear Support team,

 

We have the following issue with Jira Service Desk (server version):

  • We have added “request Participants” in the list of fields for Jira Service Desk issue creation (screenshot “Fields” attached)
  • According to the “Where is my field” tool, we should be able to see that field on the issue creation page (screenshot “Where is my field” attached)
  • But we cannot find it on the issue creation screen (screenshot “issue creation” attached)

 

We can see the “request participants” fields on the issue details page, once it is created. But we cannot see it during the creation process.

 

Could you please help to check on this issue?

Hi,

This feature to add the request participants on the create issue screen is a highly voted request but is not available:  Vote for : JSDSERVER-1511

However, we got around this problem by acquiring the App: Extension-for-jira-service-desk.

It will allow you to put a "share with" field on the create screens (portal and inside jira).
