My Jira´s project configuration is in fail mode, it left to create request by mail since a few weeks ago.

@Javier Rivera, have you verified that you have the Description and Summary fields set for this issue type? Project Settings, Issue Types, edit the type.

The error says the wrong configuration is in the request type, but I have verified.
I have verified my "service request" issue type that is the default:
In request Type, my default is "Obtener ayuda" that is marked as emial configured. This have too the two files description and summary properly configured.
