Signing up for Service Desk Trial

Hi I am trying to sign up for service-desk trial (cloud). We are already users of JIRA and Confluence.

Having been through the whole "Discover new add-ons" piece try to add a trial for service desk.

Click on "Get Started" and just get:

Service Desk is currently not licensed for use. Visit the manage add-ons page to subscribe to Service Desk.

I go back to manage add-ons and same thing again. 

 

Anyone had similar difficulties?

This is far from expected behaviour, I advise you to submit a ticket within our Support so this matter can be further analysed.
