Sharing issues by email without users logging in

Hi, is it possible to share issues with other users without the need to make a user accoung and log in? 

When I try to do this, with the function "share this issue by emailing other users" they need to log in/create user, even though in the portal itself it is possible to create issues without logging in.

Hi,

The 'share this issue' functionality shares the link of that issue over the email and not the content of it. 
And to access the issue one must have credentials over the server. 
So no, you cannot do it without logging in.

If you must, then you could look into "Email this Issue" plugin, which lets you share issues with inclusion of issue fields (description, comments, etc) as well.
