Share with organization while creating a ticket?

Hi there,

we are facing a new problem. Until now, there was the ability for the customer to share tickets with the hole organization while creating the ticket. Per Default it was shared.

Now the field is completely missing and our customers must share the tickets afterwards. But, of course, no one thinks about that anymore, because that happened automatically once. And I cannot find how to add it again.

Can somebody help?

Ah I was to fast.. found out, that the field is still there, but only for customers that are part of the organization.

I can live with that, but it is sometimes a bit cumbersome.
