we are facing a new problem. Until now, there was the ability for the customer to share tickets with the hole organization while creating the ticket. Per Default it was shared.
Now the field is completely missing and our customers must share the tickets afterwards. But, of course, no one thinks about that anymore, because that happened automatically once. And I cannot find how to add it again.
Can somebody help?
