Setting up permissions for generic 10 person support team and cutomers

What are the default permissions for allowing customers not user to interact with the portal?

Hi Michael,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The default permissions of a customer are to access only the customer portal and see tickets created or shared with them. They can create tickets, but they can't edit or delete anything.

Also, they can only see projects that the admin or agent allows them to.
