ServiseDesk. How to get a date\time of the first response (taking into account SLA and calendar)

PoflankovaM November 25, 2014

The ServiseDesk field "Time for first response" contains time,  like "15h" or "3h" or "-1h", etc.
We would like to have a Date/Time field, that would contain date/time for first response.
Something like:  Issue Creation DateTime+"Time for first response". But the result should take in account assignee calendar, work hours.
Is it possible to recieve this kind of date/time value?

"Time for first response" is available as a field because it's an SLA setup within JIRA Service Desk. While it's possible to populate custom field values from database information via plugins (options listed here from Atlassian Marketplace; nFeed has the most downloads), I'm less certain about trying to incorporate SLA criteria into the mix.

You'd probably want to check the options and possibly contact the vendors for specific questions, etc.

You may also reference these other similar questions regarding populating field values from db values.
