since a couple of weeks our help desk installations started having issues reloading the active page after some actions such as:
It happens inconsistently but when it does, the dialog window where the ticket was updated will be forever loading when actually the ticket was already updated. A refresh of the page will bring the ticket with a refreshed status.
I've seen this behavior in JIRA occasionally, not related to Service Desk projects. I am not able to reproduce it yet. Changing the status (either with a Transition Screen or as an immediate action) results in the 'Loading...' spinner and nothing more. Refreshing the page shows the correctly and accurately updated issue.
