At the moment when our client sends an email on blabla@bla.com , it creates an issue, we reply to that issue he gets our reply in his email, but now when he replies back our ticket doesn't update that, i have to go to customers then send him an invitation, he then accepts invitation creates an account in the portal then only he can recieve our replies and we can recieve his replies
My Question is their anyway when ever customer sends email to blabla@bla.com we dont have to add him to customer and he doesnt have to accept the inviation to be activated, can service desk activate his account automatically ?
