Service desk incorrectly reporting that our maintenance license has expired

Jira Service desk says that our maintenance support license has expired yet when logging into MyAtlassian account the license is valid for another year.  We have tried re-applying the license but it is still saying it has expired.

@ICT Please reach out to the Atlassian Support I am sure they would help you with a new license key.
