Service desk access on Jira invite

We've recently switched to Cloud from an older on-prem, and I'm still getting used to the different admin interfaces.

On the initial user invite, and then later on their user page (admin view), does the Jira Service Desk toggle give the user Customer access, or Agent access?

Hi @Esther Strom

Switching it to green will give the user agent access to JSD.

All a user requires to access the public portal is site access. You do not need to pay for any other licenses.
