Service desk Portal by team or by customer

We make custom software development for different companies, and I'd like my customers to access service desk portal to create support tickets, but I want for them to get a list of which software they want support for, each customer has their own list of different.

I tried creating a different portal but I have a single agent for support, so that person would constantly have to be changing portals.

 

a) Is there a way for an agent to see multiple portals?

b) Is there a way to give customers on a single portal their personal list of software to select (dont' want customer A to see customer's B softwares)

Hi Jose,

A solution for your agent to watch 2 service desks at the same time would be creating 2 Dashboard gadgets showing a JQL filter result. one for each project.

 

Just create a filter similar to this:

Project = "Project A" and Status = "Waiting for support" 

Just make sure to edit the status according to your workflow.
