Service Request sent a notification to all customers

Hi,

I start using service desk recently, when the first test request raised, the system sent notification to all customers "same group". 

I checked the setup, the notification setup to notify "Customers involved" 

why this happens and how to avoid it?

I don't know how to delete, so i will just answer!

Project>Project Settings> Customer Notifications

disable "Organization added"

Ok, there is an option to share with group, but defaulted to share, how can we default to private?
