Service Desk only for SLA


Is it possible to use service desk just for its SLA feature? (Without counting everyone working on the tickets as agents)

We would also be interested in an "SLA-only" JSD.

The quick answer is no. The add on is priced at the agent level and you get everything.

Thanks for your answer, Just to make it a bit clearer: I have a team a 50 Devs/Designers who produce digital assets. I have another team of 100 local market contacts who submit asset request to the delivery team, review them and request amendments (all that done with transitions). I have to pay at least 30,000$ just for the SLA? Cheers, JG
