Up to last week, everything was working great with the Service Desk
However, during the weekend something broke, and the emails are not being converted into tickets any more (they are still unread in the inbox)
We haven't changed anything in JIRA... so it may be something in our environment.
But I can't find any logs of the Service Desk email reading feature.
How can I see logs about emails for service desk, to see if I can find the problem?
@Joe Phillips, how long were things working? Cloud or server? Are you using the Atlassian provided email or your own? If your own check with IT to ensure they do not have a password expiration enabled on the email.
