Service Desk can not find Collaborators Option

We just purchased Service Desk with 3 Users as Agents and are trying to add a few Collaborators, but none of the Q&A I am looking at helping me to find the so called "Collaborators Tab".

 

Service Desk - latest Version.

Jira Version 7.5

Hi Elad,

I believe collaborators was the name in past versions of Service Desk for regular Jira Core and Jira Software users. Have a look at Involve Jira Software or Core Users for information on how to do that.

Comparing this to an older documentation on Collaborators from Jira Service Desk 2.5 they appear to have the same functionality.

You can give users with JIRA Software or JIRA Core licenses permission to view and comment on service desk issues without a JIRA Service Desk license.

To involve JIRA application users, go to Project settings > Users and roles, and then add the users to the Service Desk Team role.

Have a look at that and let me know if you're able to add those users via the above method.
