We are on Jira Cloud.
Is it possible to set up a request type group and then have additional groups within it?
For example, we have a group for Business Applications.
We would like additional groups within Business Applications for the specific application the user needs assistance with. There may be different forms for the application depending on the issue / error.
I don't want a group on the top level for the application, in an effort to keep our Service Desk front page clean and organized.

Currently, it's not possible to use subgroups on a request type group. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
