Service Desk Reporter and Assignee missing from Comments box. Edited

Just upgraded from Service Desk 3.3 to 3.5.2.  In the older version, when accessing the Add Comment box within an issue, the Reporter's name and the Assignee's name would display.  Since upgrading, they are no longer populating in the Comment box.  How do I get them to display again?

They removed this at request of the community. On the cloud version, we do not have a way to modify this. On Server you can edit some code to change this. 

We are on the Server version.  Any chance that you can get me specifics?
